Stage 2 - Riccarton

Location: 8 miles south east of Hawick on the B6357.

Car parks: Car Parks A (1000 cars) and B (200 cars) are both on forest roads with a fairly short walk to the stage and good viewing points.

The first of the two stages on the Rally totally in Scotland using the high and fast tracks over the moors.

Routes: approach from Hawick or Carter Bar on the A6088, turning south on to the B6357 one mile south-east of Bonchester Bridge. After 2- miles turn right into car park A at "Hell's Hole". Alternatively, approach from Newcastleton, travel north east on the B6357 for approximately 12 miles and turn left into car park B.

Warning: no parking on the public roads (Police will be patrolling).
