Stage 17 - British Aerospace Chester

Principal marshalling clubs: British Rally Marshals Club, Wolverhampton & South Staffs CC.

Location: 5 miles west of Chester.

Car parks: On the airfield runways, 800-1000 metres from the stage.

This is a unique stage on this yearis rally. Run on roads within the British Aerospace factory and their airfield, the stage has been planned to provide fast flowing bends on a concrete / tarmac surface with excellent viewing. Although run after dark, the lighting from the buildings will enable the best of the action to be seen.

Routes: approach from the A55 Chester bypass. Follow the signs to the airfield entrance.

Warning: Do not attempt to park on the surrounding roads - particularly the A5104 - your car will be towed away.
